SIP Trunk Poland — +48 Termination & DID Numbers
Kraków, Wrocław and Warsaw host some of Europe's largest shared-service and BPO centres, which makes Poland a big source of outbound traffic as well as a destination. Polish numbers are nine digits with no trunk prefix, and the 2023 anti-abuse law requires operators to block spoofed CLIs.
Overview
Routing calls to Poland
Whether you are calling a desk phone in Warsaw or a mobile in Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk and Łódź, the call is routed by the longest matching +48 prefix and sent to the best-performing carrier for that range. When a carrier fails, the next one takes over, and the CDR shows exactly which leg carried the call.
UKE sets the Poland numbering plan, and our prefix tables follow it closely. Supported number types: geographic, national, mobile and toll-free. There is no trunk prefix to strip: send 48 followed by the national number as written.
Outbound termination to Poland starts as soon as your balance is topped up. Local DIDs are different: UKE rules usually require address and identity documents, which our team collects and checks before activation.
