SIP Trunk Indonesia — +62 Termination & DID Numbers
Indonesia spans three time zones and more than 17,000 islands, so a Jakarta-only calling window misses customers in Bali and Papua. Mobile numbers vary in length, from 10 to 13 digits including the leading 0, so validate more loosely than you would for Europe.
Overview
Routing calls to Indonesia
Traffic to Indonesia leaves our SBCs on more than one upstream carrier per prefix. If a leg toward Jakarta or Surabaya starts returning 503s or long post-dial delay, the next attempt goes to another carrier automatically. Calls to Bandung, Medan, Semarang and Denpasar follow the same failover logic.
The national telecom regulator sets the Indonesia numbering plan, and our prefix tables follow it closely. Supported number types: geographic, mobile and toll-free. Inside the country, numbers are dialled with a 0 trunk prefix. Strip it before you send the call, and send 62 followed by the national number.
Some Indonesia number ranges can be activated with basic company details, while others need proof of address. Tell us the city and number type, and we will confirm what is needed before you order.
